Spyder Cycle Works is dedicated to the
restoration of classic/vintage motorcycle carburetors. We deal in high end
restorations. We offer our services to the more discriminating buyer who
demands the best. Our service is second-to-none. We offer customer support
after the sale. We are here, now and after the sale, to take care of our
customers.
Our Service
Thank
you for the interest in our listings. We are a customer-oriented business that
strives to satisfy our customers. Service after the sale is a top priority. We
won?t leave ya hangin?.
We
provide phone/email support throughout the set-up process of our restored
carburetors.
We
will no longer be able to answer generalized questions about carb
jetting/troubleshooting/repair. This takes time from service to our existing
and future customers. There are forums, websites and books out there that can
answer those questions. Thanks to all our past, current, and future customers.
We
ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Items purchased
Saturday or Sunday will be readied for shipment to be shipped Monday morning.
Items purchased before 5:00 pm Central Time will ship the next business day.
Items purchased after 5:00 pm Central Time will be readied for shipment the
following day, but will ship the day following that day.
Customs,
VAT fees, etc. are
not
included
on International shipments. Those are the
buyer?s responsibility.
Please
do not ask us to falsify values.
We
encourage all buyers to contact Spyder Cycle Works directly if there is an
issue with any purchase. We ask to be given the opportunity to make it right if
we make an error.
Return Policy
No returns accepted on International
sales.
All
other parts refunds will be issued on items returned within 14 days.
A 15%
restocking fee will apply if part is ordered in error and refund is granted.
If
initial shipping was free, that shipping cost will be deducted from refund
amount.
Item
must be returned in the condition and packaging it was received.
Return
shipping will always be paid by buyer.
Refunds,
if granted, will be issued within 10 business days of receiving returned
item.
If
item has been damaged or altered or been installed, refund will be
denied. If refund is denied, return shipping costs to the buyer will be
required to receive the item. Item will be held for 10 days. If return
shipping costs are not received within the 10 days, all rights and claims to
the item will be terminated.
For your
protection, we require all items be shipped with a tracking number through the
carrier of your choice.
We no
longer accept returns on any of our rebuilt carburetors if they have been
opened up in any way. We discreetly mark all our carbs to show evidence of
tampering. These are ready to go. There is no need to open them up. Re-jetting
may be in order for your application, but we must be contacted prior to any
modification.

Legal Stuff
On behalf of myself, my
heirs, executors, administrators and assignees, I hereby waive, release and
fully discharge any and all officials, sponsors, participants or organizations
connected to L&A Ventures/Spydercycleworks, their respective officials,
directors, employees, and agents, of and from any and all rights, claims,
demands, lawsuits and causes of action due to or arising from any accident,
injury, damage or loss directly, indirectly, or in any way associated with
products purchased or used by the buyer. I hereby assume any and all risk of
accidental, medical injury or consequential damages resulting from my use of said
products. I acknowledge, understand and accept the inherent risk of motorcycle
riding and installation or modification of any factory equipment. I have read
the above release, understand its meaning and consequence, and agree to be
legally bound by its terms.
